Quality Assurance inspectors and managers are selected for their integrity, objectivity, strength of character, and common sense.
Class room and extensive field training is conducted by senior management personnel.
Methods / Procedures
A Schedule of inspections is developed to include daytime and/or evening inspections and non scheduled inspections.
Scoring / Evaluation
Numerical scores are recorded during the inspection; audited for accuracy; then evaluated. The overall quality index is established. Discrepancies are identified and corrective procedures immediately initiated.
Additional review and evaluation meetings may be held with the customer representative at the customer’s discretion.
